Having taught my face to face 6 week Mindfulness course for a number of years I felt it was time to bring it to an online platform. This course is suitable for beginners and those wishing to have some support for maintaining a meditation practice. You can learn from scratch by watching each of the lessons week by week, or you can simply dip into the sections you like and use the downloadable guided meditations to help you with your meditation practice.

The practice of Mindfulness has been around for thousands of years and the research of the last 40 years has proven why it is so successful. Developing a regular practice will not only give you better presence but also greater self-awareness and better mental well-being.
